Exclusion of liability

With the judgement of May 12, 1998 the Hamburg Regional Court held that anyone including a link may also share liability for the content of the linked page. This can, the court stated, only be avoided by explicitly disclaiming responsibility for the content in question. On the pages of this website we have included links to other sites.
